11th of January is a memorable day for me in Jolly Healthcare. This year on 11th January, I have completed my #3 years in Jolly Family ๐. I begin my journey in this company by traveling from Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) in the midnight of 10th January 2020 along with my small family to join this large Jolly Family in Jaipur (Rajasthan). On this day in 2020, I met a small team with big heart controlling all sales team in India and abroad in my new office.
It was definitely not easy for me to adjust in completely new domain as at that time I was not aware of pharma industry. However, I always believe in myself and never hesitate to try new things in my life.
Anyways, after first three months we all had a very big challenge - Corona 1st wave made us to sit at home as complete lockdown was announced. 3-4 months I have to work from home which in candid, I never enjoyed. Working in solo is not enjoyable for me. Anyways, the least affected industry during that pandemic was pharma, so I feel lucky to have in safe custody.
However, my challenge didn't stop there. In my previous employment, I was not allowed to use social media apps during my work hours hence my phone apps typing speed was good at all. LoL. Second, I used to work on MS Office and good knowledge of advance excel usage. But in Jolly Healthcare, I started from Google Docs. than Lark Sheet and now Zoho Docs with extensive use of social media. I must say that Jolly Healthcare gives me full opportunity to learn new things and earn innovative skills. Working here in Jolly Healthcare (Le Jolly Healthcare Private Limited) is the best thing happened in my life.
This company has taught me valuable life lessons. Things like punctuality, trust, perfection, unity, and these things are essential in life and the growth of personal as well as professional life. I have seen myself make mistakes, and sometimes I have scolded myself for them. However, I am happy that I try to work diligently and never give up. It’s a matter of great pride to see our company growing, embracing good value system and achieving more day by day. There is a set of people whom
I would want to thank on my work anniversary from the bottom of my heart. First of all, my present and ex-employees who have worked to help this organization to the zenith of success. I take pride in saying that we have the best and extraordinary employees with equally high aspirations and dreams. They have worked against all the odds that occurred in these 3 years to make what seemed impossible, possible. Our company has become a shining example amongst the leading organization in our country that has created quality income jobs in the city.
I would like to add few words. Companies are like families. We build them with all our heart, putting our blood and sweat into it with solely one purpose to fulfill, that is to make it grow and flourish. In a family, we take care of each other’s well-being and make sure that everything functions smoothly. Similarly, Jolly Healthcare is a family. Here, we all take care of each other, take care of the responsibilities we have so that we all, together can make our dream come true. The dream of taking our company to the list of the best companies in the country, the dream of making it a company which is known for its quality products, quality services and commitment towards work.
Today, on this fortunate day of me completing three more successful year, I am feeling extremely proud to say that we are constantly getting closer to our bigger dreams as we make the smaller ones true, one by one. Trust is the glue that holds the relationships together and I knew I have fulfilled my promise of staying transparent with my seniors and colleagues. I promise to go on and on with all my promises and pledges. For me, trust has two parts, one is the ability to believe in others and another is being trustworthy to others. For a successful business, it is important to take both the sides together hand in hand. I have the most reliable dependable and predictable employees who are benevolent enough to put aside their self-interests. The best way to make things happen is through the deep understanding of team needs and aspirations that can be achieved by the perfect blend of demand winning performance and compassionate side for the team we are working with.
Well, I would like to thanks especially Mr. Avish Jolly Ji, respected managing director of Jolly Healthcare (M/s Le Jolly Healthcare Private Limited) who is always supportive to me. Entrepreneur like him with such a humble personality and care for all his team members is rare to find in this world. At the time of our first meeting I was amazed to see the quantum of positive vibes in his aura. He is full of positive energy and compassion for all.
Last but not the least, I have to thank H.O. team for the immense pillar of
support, they have been. Thank you for standing behind me and help me in
fighting against all the odds, thick and thin, travel and travails. I have no
words to express my gratitude for your relentless support. Your contribution is
